Love this spot! I work on Fremont and I always order take out. And it's delish and fresh every time. I always ask for extra ginger and sauces and with no cost or anything they give them to me. Which is appreciated so much. I've never actually been in the restaurant and ate there but I'd imagine it would only be better! 100% if your done on Fremont. Or even you can get to them.

$34.99 unlimited sushi was great! I really liked all the flavors of everything I tried. I am usually worried about trying new places because I'm from Phoenix, but this place was definitely good! Filled my needs. Small little spot with a cute vibe with the lights and lanterns, friendly staff too!

I like...I like Sushi Sushi... Sushi! I have to admit that I was not expecting the best from a sushi joint near a downtown casino but boy was I shocked. The Sushi, AYCE sushi options were ridiculously good with a nice variety. This is one of my new favorite spots now and I have always loved the EL Cortez and it is right across the way, I miss the old careful Kitty's however change can be good if it is this tasty. I highly recommend any and all of my Sushi Yelp foodies to check it out. The price is good for AYCE, the quality is great, the service is really good and attentive! Mmmmm yum yes, my youngins love Sushi, I wish I could bring them here to eat as they would love it and it is a fun atmosphere!

The vibe is laid-back and with an intimate seating arrangement. In the main room there's a beautiful hardwood picnic table with a wood beam and rope chandelier suspended above it. I just love all that live edge woodwork! Don't miss out on my favorite - the salmon nigiri, which pairs perfectly with their warm miso soup and maybe some sake if you're feeling feisty. Service is fast and attentive, making it ideal for a casual night out or a quick sushi fix.

For a place that's not in Chinatown, this was not bad for AYCE sushi. I don't think it has as much variety like the other places but what I had was still good. I don't eat the rolls and will focus on the nigiri since I don't want all the sauces drizzled on top. I mostly got the salmon, yellowtail, tuna, albacore, ikura, and mackerel and they were decent quality! The fish was pretty fresh and were pretty big slices compared to the ratio of the rice. They have other stuff like appetizers, dessert, small and big rolls. Smaller menu compared to some some other AYCE places but if you know what you like, then this place is sufficient.

This is the ONE place for AYCE sushi in the Fremont area of Las Vegas! My visit to Sushi Ichiban was during my very first time going to Fremont and staying at the Golden Nugget Casino, which is the OG classic. If anyone decides to go off the beaten path of The Strip, then I recommend eating here as part of your trip. Ambience has quite a lively vibe! We made reservations earlier that day, which I highly recommend. While we did have to wait for 10 minutes or so for the staff to wipe down and set up our table, it wasn't too bad. You have a time limit of 90 minutes, but I'm sure this amount of time is more than enough. You're given a paper menu and then order whatever you want with the server. Some of the notable items were the following: - Pork belly - Sashimi poke - Uni (only 1 per person though) - Salmon Pinklady (salmon sashimi decorated like a rose) They have a bunch of rolls, too, but I don't recall the names. Service is quite prompt. All of this food is only $34.95 per person (before tax and tip) - such a steal! Came here with some friends and our stomachs came to conquer this AYCE spot. My buddy and I did damage as we had to eat for our kids and significant other lol! We came here around 5ish and we were lucky enough to get a table for our party right away. The service was pretty good and you can almost stop any server as they were willing to help you with your order. Our main server didn't come around too much, but we were hungry, and we ate pretty fast, so we took charge on getting help when needed. But there wasn't any pushback or issues from the servers. I'd say from what we had ordered, the food was good. Sometimes we got wrong orders/another table's order, but it wasn't a big deal. The place does get a little busy when people get hungry. We ate until our time was up. Great place for AYCE sushi!
